Experience: Erin Burgin began his construction career 18 years ago as a carpenter and has steadily advanced to his current role as Vice President/Project Manager. For the past 12 years, he has been an integral part of Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, managing a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors including medical, office, retail, and more.

Erin specializes in overseeing projects from initial development through to certificate of occupancy, ensuring a smooth process at every stage. Known for his problem-solving skills and strong work ethic, Erin has managed an impressive range of builds including Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Speedway convenience stores/ truck stops, veterinary clinics, high-rise tenant finish-outs, Altitude Trampoline Parks, automated Car Wash locations, large-scale concrete projects, Loomis Armored, Sunbelt Rentals, Sleep Number, medical marijuana dispensaries, and more.

Projects: His project portfolio also includes Little Caesar’s locations throughout Central Arkansas and numerous multi-tenant retail developments across several states.”

Experience: Kim is a Baylor University graduate with a degree in International Business and Marketing and has spent the past decade in the artificial turf and biophilic design industry. Originally from San Diego, she relocated to Arkansas in 2022. Throughout her career, Kim has developed a deep passion for project management and leadership – skills refined through overseeing large-scale initiatives and drawing inspiration from her husband’s experience in the construction industry. She is recognized for her professionalism, strategic approach, and ability to lead diverse teams toward successful project outcomes. Kim is committed to excellence in execution, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones and her dog, Cooper.

Experience: Eric brings over 20 years of project management experience across industries including government contracts and commercial development (notably fast food/restaurants). His background includes leading complex projects from concept through completion, with a strong emphasis on process, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Eric currently resides in Cabot, Arkansas, and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys cycling, fly fishing, and playing golf. He loves spending time with his family and watching his daughter play volleyball. He is also a life-long Razorback fan.

St. Vincent’s College, Bridgeport, CT

Experience: With 15 years of industry experience, Haley Garner brings a dynamic blend of leadership, organization, and construction knowledge to her role as Operations Manager at Mulhearn Wilson Constructors. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and St. Vincent’s College in Bridgeport, CT, Haley oversees day-to-day operations, supports project managers, coordinates bid solicitation, and ensures project workflow stays on track.

Her project portfolio is both broad and impressive, including work on Starbucks, 7-Eleven locations, AMC Theatres, Enhabit Health, PNC Bank, Rockbridge Montessori, Simmons Bank branch remodels, signage across nine states, and 17 Applebee’s remodels. She has also contributed to projects for Regus, an outpatient center, Beef Jerky Outlet, a Chevrolet dealership remodel, and Chick-fil-A.

Outside the office, Haley enjoys spending time with her son at the racetrack, fishing at the lake, and taking trips to unwind and explore new places.

Experience: Danny Bentley brings more than 32 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, along with a deep technical background and a passion for precision. A graduate of Bridgerland Applied Technology College, Danny earned his general contractor license in 1999 and completed a plumbing apprenticeship in 2006. Over the years, he has held key roles including Facility Service Manager at Americold Logistics and project work with CR Crawford Construction before joining Mulhearn Wilson Constructors in 2022.

As a ground-up superintendent, Danny has led projects for the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, multiple municipalities, and private clients. His extensive portfolio includes four schools, one hospital, nine restaurants, three gyms, and 12 base buildings—ranging from fire stations and hangars to small additions and even a tree house.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys tinkering with small engines, “puttering” around the shop, and—by his own admission—occasionally embarrassing his kids just for fun.

Experience: Joshua Blackford is a third-generation carpenter with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. A Master Carpenter by both education and experience, Joshua completed formal trade schools and union training programs before working on job sites throughout the Southwest. He has proudly maintained union membership for over three decades. 

In 2020, Joshua stepped into his first Superintendent role, overseeing large-scale projects across California and Arizona. His leadership style is hands-on and built on a foundation of craftsmanship, safety, and doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no excuses. 

Originally from Ohio, Joshua was raised in Arizona and later moved to California to build his career. He and his wife now call Arkansas home, where he continues to bring his passion for building and leadership to the team at Mulhearn Wilson Constructors. 

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his family. He is a devoted husband, father of six, and proud grandfather to nine grandchildren. As a kidney transplant recipient, Joshua leads by example—working hard, living with purpose, and showing that resilience builds more than just structures.

Experience: With over 20 years of construction experience, Mark Golden brings leadership, discipline, and a broad skill set to every job site. A graduate of Mayflower High School and a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mark’s background includes service as a CPR and First Aid Instructor and former owner of an Overhead Door business. His career has spanned both Superintendent and Project Manager roles, overseeing complex builds and remodels across the commercial sector.

Projects: Mark has managed projects for national brands including KUM&GO, Love’s Speedway, multiple Love’s store remodels, Alsups, Circle K (and Circle K remodels), and Murphy Convenience Stores—delivering quality and consistency every step of the way.

Experience: With 25 years of experience in commercial construction, John Lawson brings hands-on knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every job site. A proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps (ISMC, 1984–1988), John began his construction career as a carpenter and worked his way up through the ranks with a strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship.

For the past 13 years, John has served as a Traveling Job Superintendent for Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, where he oversees projects across the region, ensuring quality execution and seamless coordination from start to finish.

Outside of work, John enjoys hunting, fishing, running, and competing in triathlons. He also cherishes time with his wife and their amazing grandkids, making the most of family time whenever he’s home.

Experience: Ethan has been a part of the Mulhearn Wilson Constructors team since he was 15, spending his summers learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience. After graduating high school in 2020, he officially joined the team full-time, pursuing his passion for the construction industry. He also holds a Journeyman Electrical License, bringing both skill and dedication to every project he works on.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Ethan enjoys the great outdoors—especially hunting and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Experience: With over 35 years of experience in construction and surveying, Harvey Mitchell brings extensive field expertise and project insight to every job. He holds a Master’s degree in Carlson Software from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has contributed to a wide range of major projects across the country. His portfolio includes work on Axion Little Rock, Bank of America, 12 Dillard’s stores, multiple Family Dollar and O’Reilly Auto Parts locations, K-12 schools, VA Hospitals in Florida and Texas, the UofA Basketball Practice Facility, Simmons Foods in Gentry, Mount Magazine Lodge, and national brands like 7-Eleven and Starbucks.

When he’s not on-site or behind a screen, Harvey enjoys spending time with his horses, golfing, hunting, grilling, and racing.

Experience: Kris Wilkerson began his career path in Aviation as a Mechanic before becoming a Master Mechanic in the Automotive Industry with all ASE certifications and training at UTI. After his dad became ill, Kris assumed a leading role in the family construction business. This was the beginning of his 15 years of construction experience. Throughout this time, he has worked on a variety of projects across the US to include Kum & Go, RaceTrac, Shell, Mister Carwash, Murphy USA as well as condos, hospitals, clinics, schools and colleges.

Outside the office, kris enjoys Traveling with his family, Hunting, Bowfishing, Scuba diving and Restoring automobiles.

Education: LSU Baton Rouge

Experience: A graduate of LSU Baton Rouge, Terri Mathis brings more than 35 years of construction accounting expertise to the industry. For the past 11 years, she has served as Controller at Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, where her attention to detail and financial leadership help keep projects running smoothly.

Outside the office, Terri enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in the kitchen—her daughter insists her cooking is worthy of a YouTube channel. Most of all, she treasures time with her granddaughter, Reece, who keeps her on her toes with plenty of adventures.

Experience: Jessica Robinson holds degrees from the University of Arkansas–Little Rock and Harding University in Searcy, where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration. She brings a decade of construction accounting experience to Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, combining her expertise in both construction and solar industries to take a hands-on approach within MWC’s financial department. As Assistant Controller, Jessica’s attention to detail and strong work ethic help keep the company’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and cheering on her son at the soccer field.

Experience: Hannah Scruggs serves as Office Coordinator, where she ensures the daily operations run seamlessly and each project receives the organization and support needed for success. Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and positive attitude, Hannah approaches her work with dedication and care, helping keep projects on track and teams supported.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her daughter, Sayler, and attending rodeos to cheer on her fiancé, who competes as a bullfighter.

Experience: Lauran Taylor is a graduate of Texas Tech University and brings strong experience in client relations and project coordination to her role. With a background in managing large-scale projects while working closely with clients, she excels at maintaining organization, ensuring schedules stay on track, and upholding a high standard of communication and attention to detail. Her dedication to seeing every project succeed makes her a valuable asset to any team she’s part of.

Outside of work, Lauran enjoys spending quality time with her family and her 1½-year-old son, Brooks. She also loves traveling and spending time with friends.
